Pay Scale: 20600-46500 (IDA)
Qualification:- Graduate from a recognized university and two years full time MBA/ MMS/ PGDBM or equivalent with HRD as one of the specialization subject (but not as minor) with minimum 55 % marks in aggregate.

Experience:- Post qualification experience of minimum of 2 years in HRD department of any reputed organization.

Age:- Age not exceeding 35 years as on 31.07.11 for General candidates. For SC/ ST/ OBC/ PH candidates age relaxation will be as per Government rules.
