Mahindra Satyam Recruitment Process
for JKC 2010 Pass Outs

     JKC is planning to organize an exclusive off campus recruitment event with Mahindra Satyam for the JKC 2010 pass outs on 28th and 29th January 2011 at Hyderabad. The eligibility criterion is as follows, the eligible candidates are request to follow the given process and register for this event. The last date for registration is 23rd January 2011.

     JKC would issue the Hall Tickets to the candidates who are registered for this process on 24th January 2011 along with the detailed schedule and venue details of the recruitment process.

Eligibility Criteria :

    * JKC Registered 2010 Pass Outs
    * B. Tech (CSE, IT, ECE, EEE, EIE) and MCA
    * Consistent First Class (over 60%) in X, XII, UG and PG (if applicable)

Selection Process:

    * LAN based Aptitude test /English Test (each 40 min duration) followed by Technical and HR evaluation and announcement of results with each stage acting as a filter. The schedule for this test would be communicated in the Hall Ticket to be issued to the candidate on 24th January 2011

Duties & responsibilities :

As broadly given above, the CSO will work closely with the CMD and incubate new ideas and special
projects. He/She should also be competent to evaluate project proposal in collaboration / coordination
with Project Leads;

# Monitor / evaluate, on a continuous basis, and brief the CMD on the Key Performance Indicators,

# Prepare analytical reports on the Operating / Commercial / Financial performance of Strategic

Qualification & Experience :

* Minimum post graduate MBA degree with major in business, finance, strategy, marketing from a
premier institute, in India or abroad;
* Prior experience in working closely with Senior Management Executives in the implementation of
corporate level transformation plans.
* At least five years experience either as Management Consultant or in similar position having
worked with a consulting firm of international repute;
* Airline consulting, experience and domain knowledge will be considered as an important advantage
to the candidate while being evaluated;
* High level of experience and knowledge in handling complicated and large IT project implementation
will be preferred;
* Compensation package will not be a constraint as long as it is commensurate with the candidates
qualification and experience and in line with the Company policies.
