BMSP requires Personnel to be recruited on Short Term Contract or Short
Term Deputation basis for the positions of State Management Structure
created under RMSA.
Persons having all requisite qualification and/or experience and
fulfilling all eligibility conditions are invited to appear for “Walk in

least 5 years experience not below as Account Officer shall be
considered for appointment on contract basis.
PROCESS OF SELECTION
For the selection/short listing of candidates, BMSP may adopt any
screening process including group exercises, computer proficiency tests
other individual written/oral test etc relating to job requirement of
the post and fix minimum qualifying marks/criteria for particular or all
posts. Candidate having higher age will be placed above in merit in
case the marks obtained are equal. BMSP involve any third party
agency/agencies for this selection /screening process. Panel thus
prepared of successful candidates will be valid for the next one year
from the date of publication of result.
No travel cost will be paid to candidate for interview.
