Applications on plain paper with complete bio-data alongwith self-attested photocopies of candidate’s professional certificates are invited from Indian nationals for the post of Project Associate (on contract) to work in project entitled “Information Security Education and Awareness (ISEA) Project ” sanction order no. 2(14)/2005-ISEA sponsored by Department of Information Technology, New Delhi. The application completed in all respects should reach to: Dean (R&C), Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology, Allahabad-211004 on or before 15-9- 2011. The envelope should be superscribed as “Application for the post of Faculty (on contract) in the Project“ Information Security Education and Awareness (ISEA) Project”. A soft copy of the application should also be sent to the email address of the Principal Investigator akm@mnnit.ac.in. Short listed applicants are requested to present themselves for the interview on 23/9/2011 at 9.30 A.M. at Design Centre of the institute with updated C.V. and original mark sheets /certificate in support of their academic qualification. The position is purely temporary and will be governed by terms & conditions of the funding agency and the Administrative rules/service conditions of Research & Consultancy Cell, MNNIT.

Qualifications B.E./ B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering/ M.Sc. Security and related software project management & Engineering .

Fellowship Rs. 15000/- per month ( negotiable in case of exceptionally meritorious candidates).

Other Benefits Accommodation may be available as per the availability and Institute norms. Eligible candidate may be entitled to register for M.Tech. Program of the Institute. Facility of yearly leave, carryover leave, medical benefits etc. may be available as per the applicable rules for project staff of the Institute.

Duration Appointment will be made on contract basis initially for a period upto 31/3/2012, which may be extended for the duration of the project depending on the
performance of the candidates.

Note: (i) No TA/DA will be paid for their appearing in the interview.
(ii) Candidates will be informed by e-mail about the interview date. So, candidate must providevalid e-mail IDs in their applications.
(iii) Mere possessing of the prescribed qualification does not ensure that the candidate would be called for interview.
