Consolidated Compensation: a) Upto Rs.18,000/- p.m. (depending on qualification & experience)
b) Upto Rs.24,000/- p.m. (depending on qualification & experience).

Qualifications & Experience: a) SRF/JRF, M.E/M.Tech in Mechanical / Civil / Ocean & Naval with specializations either in solid or fluid mechanics. M.Sc. in Applied Mechanics/ Physics may also be considered, if found suitable. Exceptional students at Bachelors level in any of the above disciplines or computer science may also be considered, if found suitable. Students may also be considered from any discipline having prior experience in solving multiphysics problem.

b) RA, Ph.D. in Mechanical/Civil/Aerospace/Ocean & Naval with specializations either in solid or fluid mechanics. Ph.D. in Software Engineering/ Applied Mechanics/ Physics may also be considered if found suitable. Ph.D. in any other discipline with prior experience in solving multiphysics problem may also be considered for the post.

Relevant Experience: Since the problem to be solved is simulation of a multiphysics problem, qualifications for the candidate should include prior experience working with computational solid and/or fluid mechanics packages such as ABAQUS, FLUENT to name a few. Otherwise it is expected that the candidate has exceptional proficiency in computational work. Expertise with conventional and/or advanced finite elements methods is a basic requirement for the project.
