The Institute Invites applications for filling the following positions on direct recruitment (including re-employment) / deputation.

Hindi Officer- 1 post in Pay Band - 3 of Rs 15600 – 39100 with Grade Pay of Rs. 5400

Upper Age Limit- 35 years

Direct Recruitment (including re-employment):
Educational Qualifications / Experience-
(i) Master’s degree or equivalent in Hindi with English as a subject at the degree level OR
Master’s degree or equivalent in English with Hindi as a subject at the degree level OR
Master’s degree or equivalent in any subject with Hindi and English as a subject at the degree level OR
Master’s degree or equivalent in any subject with Hindi medium and English as a subject at the degree level OR
Master’s degree or equivalent in any subject with English medium and Hindi as a subject at the degree level, and
(ii) 5 yrs experience of terminological work in Hindi and / or Translation work from English to Hindi or vice – versa,
preferably of technical or scientific literature OR
5 yrs experience of teaching, research writing or journalism in Hindi

Desirable:
(i) Knowledge of Sanskrit and / or a modern Indian Language,
(ii) Administrative experience,
(iii) Experience of organizing Hindi classes or workshops for noting and drafting
(iv) Ability to work independently on personal computer

On Deputation:
Officers from the Central / State Governments / PSUs / Autonomous Bodies, not exceeding age of 56 years as on the
closing date of receipt of applications holding
(i) analogous post OR
3 years service in post in the scale of PB-2 with GP of Rs 4600 or equivalent OR
8 years service in post in the Grade Pay of Rs. 4200 or equivalent, and
(ii) possessing the educational qualifications and experience laid down for direct recruits.
